Solfeggio Ascension Frequency Tones experiences, week 2

There's really nothing special to add for this week, as it was mostly the same thing - feeling relaxed. The only exception was during one listen where I felt my solar plexus chakra responding to the tones.

Solfeggio Ascension Frequency Tones experiences, week 1

I don't have a lot to report about my experiences with the Solfeggio tones in this first week, short of what I have already mentioned in a previous post. I continue to find myself being relaxed, even though the tones are not the most relaxing sounds and the tones only last about 10 minutes. One day I thought I felt my throat chakra tingle, but it was very subtle. I have never felt my throat chakra like that, though. On another day, the area over my heart chakra felt warm - if I have ever felt that before, I don't remember it. I've also been a lot more stable and calm this week, after having a number of difficult weeks, but since I am also using Holosync, I don't know for sure if this is because of the Solfeggio tones, Holosync, or a combination of both.

The human brain is on the edge of chaos

From the article:

Cambridge-based researchers provide new evidence that the human brain lives "on the edge of chaos", at a critical transition point between randomness and order.

It's a little bit of a difficult read, but it does tend to make me think of the idea that Bill Harris of Centerpointe (makers of Holosync) mentions of the brain being an open system, building up in chaos to where we approach a threshold. At that threshold, we start feeling uncomfortable and generally use methods to supress the energy or get it out of our system. If we become the witness instead, the theory is that the brain will eventually reach a point to where it will reorganize itself to a higher level, raising the threshold, and thus being able to take more chaos until we reach that uncomfortable point again.

Bruce Manaka and the Healing Power of Sound

In the following video, Bruce Manaka talks about how sound can heal the body, mind, and spirit. He also takes some time to play a crystal singing bowl, and even though this is a recording, the sound the crystal singing bowl is still powerful. Crystal singing bowls are based on Tibetan singing bowls, which are generally made of metal, but are crystal instead. If you've never the sound that comes from a crystal singing bowl before, you're in for a real treat.

Solfeggio Ascension Frequency Tones experiences, days 1 and 2

I won't try to explain what Solfeggio frequencies are - I'll leave that to the Solfeggio Ascension Frequencies site.

Listening to the tones took some time getting used to - the sounds are not the most relaxing, but after the second day, I became used to it.

The most noticeable thing I experienced was a slight pain in the area of my belly chakra. It was just annoying, nothing that bad, and went away relatively quickly after listening to the tones (a listening lasts for about 10 minutes). I felt my hand chakras, third eye, and crown chakra tingle at times, but it was nothing unsual to me having worked with Reiki, meditation, and other spiritual practices.

The second day was more laid back than the first. I felt a bit of pain in my belly chakra, but it was less than the first day. I was actually surprised this time, though, as I felt pretty relaxed by the end of it.

If I get any interesting experiences while listening, I will definitely share them here.
